Questions & answers

How submissions, approval and support work on the Orvanta Hub.

How do I submit a script, flow or app?

Submitting requires an Orvanta Cloud account — click Log in in the top bar to sign in through Orvanta Cloud SSO. Once you are logged in, a Submit button appears.

Choose the content type (script, flow, app or resource type), paste your content, and fill in a short summary and the integration it relates to. When you submit, the item goes into the moderation queue — it is not public yet.

How does the approval process work?

Every submission lands in a moderation queue reviewed by the Orvanta Hub maintainers (the hub-admin role).

A maintainer either approves the item — at which point it becomes public, searchable, and importable from inside Orvanta Cloud — or rejects it with a reason. Only approved content is visible on the hub and through the platform API.

You can fork and use any approved item immediately via Use in Orvanta Cloud, Use locally (the orvanta CLI), or by copying the content.

Where do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the public orvanta-support repository: open an Issue for bugs, or start a Discussion under Ideas for feature requests (and upvote the ones you want). Accepted items are triaged onto the roadmap.
